Located just 140 km to the South west of Hanoi, Mai Chau valley has spectacular mountainous landscape dotted with house-on-stilts villages of the Thai ethnic group. Further off roads, here and there visitor will find isolated Hmong communities on mountainsides. This two-day trip offers a glimpse into the life of Thai and Hmong people in Vietnam, with a combination of cultural sightseeing and soft adventure activities.

Depart Hanoi at 08 00 am, go to south-west to Hoa Binh town, visit a Muong village.
After meeting the local villagers, drive back to Hoa Binh town for lunch. After lunch, continue to drive to Mai Chau. Arriving Mai Chau in mid-afternoon, check in our homestay at Lac village.
Free for personal exploration of this beautiful little village of White Thai minority. Stay overnight on a house.
After breakfast, drive to the Hmong village of SaLinh, walking around to see how the people of this isolated village do business and make their living. Return to Mai Chau for lunch.
Farewell to the family. Drive back to Hanoi. Arrive Hanoi around 17 00 pm.
