9.00 AM: Pick-up at hotel & transfer to Cai Be. Board the Mekong Eyes at 12:30.
Enjoy a welcome drink with a great view through the panoramic windows.
Enjoy lunch while cruising towards Cho Lach on the Tien Giang River. Watch the flow of daily life on the Mekong, the traffic of sand and rice barges, and the scenery of fruit–drying facilities and wooden ship-building yards. Head to Cai Nhum – a little town on the banks of the river Mang Thit.
Disembark for a pleasant walk to experience the way of life and hospitality of locals. Discover tropical fruit orchards and rice fields nearby.
Back to the cruise. Enjoy a drink at the bar or take a rest on the deck. We continue to Tra On where the boat will anchor for the night. The day ends with a delicious onboard dinner. Overnight on board at Tra On
06:30: set off for a sunrise cruise and an early breakfast.
After breakfast, board sampan boats to visit the Cai Rang floating market, one of the liveliest floating markets of the Delta. Witness the fascinating scenes, the hustle and bustle of vendors and small boats laden with fruits, and pull up to the merchants for talking and bargaining. Through the palm-shaded creek sees local houses, orchards, and ship-building yards.
11:00-11:30: The cruise ends at Ninh Kieu pier. Drive back to HCMC.(or transfer to Chau Doc on request). End of Tour.
7.30 AM: Pick-up at hotel & transfer to Can Tho. Board the Mekong Eyes at 12:30 at Ninh Kieu Pier.
Enjoy lunch when the boat starts cruising downstream on the Hau River. Watch the daily life of the Mekong people through the panorama windows.
Head to Tra On floating market, then up the Nikolai canal to Cai Nhum, a little town on the banks of the river Mang Thit. Disembark for a stroll through the village and the surrounding fruit orchards or rice fields. Meet with the friendly locals. Get back on board, enjoy a drink at the bar or relax on the deck. The boat will anchor for the night from Cai Be. Have dinner overnight on board.
06:00 Set off for a sunrise cruise through Cho Lach canal, through the traffic of sand and rice burgers, in a scenery of fruit-drying facilities and wooden ship-building yards.
After breakfast, have a sampan boat tour of the Cai Be floating market. Surprising of the abundance of exotic fruits, vegetables and skillfully handicraft products. Back to the boats, talking and bargaining with the merchants, visit some of the local candy and cake-making factories
The trip ends at around 11:00-11:30 on the pier in Cai Be. Transfer back to HCMC. End of service.
