Northern Vietnam’s mountainous region is an undiscovered area of Vietnam for most foreign tourists. This region had many years of exploration before foreign tourists could reach the villages of numerous ethnic minorities surrounding the Northern border. In the past years, several hotels and other kinds of accommodation as home-stays and better road conditions have made it much easier to travel far into these villages to see the real-life experience of local inhabitants. This tour, the Northern loop, is a chance to discover the real rural life in this unexploited region.
