Please retain a copy of your written cancellation notice.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"atm-section\" aria-labelledby=\"s3\">\n<h2 id=\"s3\"><span class=\"atm-section-num\">03<\/span>Disclosed Non-Refundable Supplier Charges<\/h2>\n<p>Certain components of a journey have non-refundable charges that are additional to the standard schedule. These include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Domestic flights issued after booking confirmation;<\/li>\n<li>Cruise deposits and full payments;<\/li>\n<li>Festival-period hotel bookings and peak-season commitments;<\/li>\n<li>Special-permit activities (for example certain trekking and remote-region permits).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Where these apply, they are disclosed in the Booking Confirmation. Cancellation charges are calculated as the standard schedule plus disclosed non-refundable supplier charges.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"atm-section\" aria-labelledby=\"s4\">\n<h2 id=\"s4\"><span class=\"atm-section-num\">04<\/span>Cancellation by the Operator<\/h2>\n<p>In the unlikely event that we cancel a confirmed journey for reasons within our control, the Client will be offered either:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A full refund of amounts paid; or<\/li>\n<li>An alternative itinerary of equivalent value, at the Client&#8217;s choice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"atm-section\" aria-labelledby=\"s5\">\n<h2 id=\"s5\"><span class=\"atm-section-num\">05<\/span>No-Show<\/h2>\n<p>Failure to arrive for a scheduled departure without prior written notice is treated as a 0-day cancellation and is non-refundable.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"atm-section\" aria-labelledby=\"s6\">\n<h2 id=\"s6\"><span class=\"atm-section-num\">06<\/span>Force Majeure<\/h2>\n<p>Where cancellation is caused by a Force Majeure event \u2014 including natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest or war \u2014 both parties will work in good faith to reach a reasonable solution.
