My Responsibilities:

• Business Strategy:  I follow and implement its business plan, from BOD. To assure firm growth and profitability, this requires creating long-term goals, finding market opportunities, and making strategic decisions. The Board of Directors and I align the company’s vision and goals.
• Asia Travel Mates Management: I manage the company. This includes managing day-to-day operations, finances, and firm assets. I guide and support a team of professionals to improve the business.
• Sales Monitoring: I closely monitor Asia Travel Mates’ sales as Sales Manager. She creates sales methods to boost revenue. Maximizing sales performance requires researching market trends, defining target markets, and using effective sales strategies. To grow the company’s customer base, I build excellent client relationships and seek new business prospects.
• Asia Travel Mates’ operations are closely monitored by me. For maximum efficiency and effectiveness, I streamline all processes and systems. This comprises monitoring operational performance, finding opportunities for improvement, and executing operational excellence methods. I also make sure the company follows industry norms and provides high-quality service.
• Contract Dealing: I handle Asia Travel Mates’ contracts. To get the best conditions for the company, I negotiate and complete contracts with suppliers, vendors, and partners. Establishing mutually beneficial alliances and keeping positive connections with key stakeholders are examples
