1. DEFINITIONS & INTERPRETATION

1.1 Contracting Parties

This Agreement is entered into between Asia Travel Mate Corp. (Registration No. 0317346695, licensed under Vietnam National Administration of Tourism License No. 79-1568/2022/TCDL – GP LHQT) (“Company”, “We”, “Our”) and the client (“Client”, “You”, “Your”).

1.2 Service Classification

  • Pre-Packaged Tours: Curated itineraries with fixed components
  • Tailored Travel: Bespoke arrangements designed per Client specifications
  • MICE Services: Comprehensive solutions for meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions

2. BOOKING & FINANCIAL TERMS

  • Guaranteed room categories (e.g., Deluxe, Suite)
  • Specific room numbers/floor assignments not guaranteed
  • Early check-in/late checkout subject to availability and supplemental fees

  • Luxury Tier: 2-night refund + USD 250 property credit

  • Dining: Michelin-starred reservations (72-hour notice)
  • Events: Premium ticket procurement (14-day advance)
  • Medical: Verified English-speaking physician network

10.2 Digital Innovations
