Before 35 days prior to arrival: The deposit is non-refundable, plus any cancellation costs charged by suppliers.
34–20 days prior to arrival: 20% of total payment per group/booking, plus any cancellation fees charged by suppliers.
19–09 days prior to arrival: 30% of total payment per group/booking, plus any cancellation fees charged by suppliers.
08–04 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee per group/booking, plus any cancellation fees charged by suppliers.
Less than 3 days prior to arrival: 70% cancellation fee per group/booking.
No show: 100% cancellation fee per group/booking.

We’ll reimburse you via the same method, with correspondent bank fees and deductions.
Cancellations after service confirmation forfeit administrative and banking service fees.
Unused services will only be refunded after the trip.
