Asia Travel Mates plans journeys in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. You can travel to one country in depth, or combine two or all three in a single itinerary.
Can I combine Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia in one itinerary?
Yes. We offer multi-country journeys that combine two or three countries. The order, duration and routing can be adjusted to your travel dates, interests and pace.
Can I customize an existing tour?
Yes. Published itineraries are a starting point. Hotels, pace, activities, duration and extensions can be adapted, subject to supplier availability and the final quotation.
How do I choose the right tour duration?
Use the Tours by Duration hub to browse itineraries grouped by available holiday time. Short 3–5 day tours focus on one city or region. Longer 15–30 day journeys cover more of Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.
Are tours private or shared?
Most Asia Travel Mates journeys are private, with your own guide and vehicle. Some cruises and specific experiences may be shared with other travellers. Each tour page states clearly what is private and what is shared.
Are international and domestic flights included?
International flights are not included. Some tours include specific domestic flights, which are listed on each individual tour page. Always check the inclusions section before booking.
How are hotels and cruise arrangements selected?
Hotels and cruises are chosen to match the style, location and pace of each journey. Final property names, room categories and vessel details are confirmed in the quotation.
How are prices calculated?
Prices depend on dates, group size, hotel category, transport, activities and any extensions. Where a starting price is shown, it is a reference figure and is confirmed in the final quotation.
Can you arrange tours for families and children?
Yes. We plan family journeys with suitable pace, accommodation and activities. Child pricing depends on age, room-sharing and supplier policies, and is confirmed in the family quotation.
How do I request a quotation or confirm a booking?
Send us your preferred dates, group size, interests and accommodation level through the contact page. We will prepare a proposal, then confirm details and final pricing before booking.
