Cancellation Policy

    TOUR AND TRAVEL PACKAGES:

    Flight tickets are not be refunded

      • Before 35 days prior to arrival: The deposit is non-refundable, plus any cancellation costs charged by suppliers.
      • 34–20 days prior to arrival: 20% of total payment per group/booking, plus any cancellation fees charged by suppliers.
      • 19–09 days prior to arrival: 30% of total payment per group/booking, plus any cancellation fees charged by suppliers.
      • 08–04 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee per group/booking, plus any cancellation fees charged by suppliers.
      • Less than 3 days prior to arrival: 70% cancellation fee per group/booking.
      • No show: 100% cancellation fee per group/booking.

      Notes:

    • We’ll reimburse you via the same method, with correspondent bank fees and deductions.
    • Cancellations after service confirmation forfeits administrative and banking service fees.
    • Unused services will only be refunded after the trip.
    • Vietnam Travel Deals does not cover passengers for delays, accidents, natural disasters, pandemics, political activities, or unrest. Adequate travel insurance is a must.
    • Airline timetables and local conditions may affect accommodations and itineraries. We’ll strive to find suitable alternatives.
    • All tour participants must accept the terms mentioned above.

      Passport/Entry Visa:

    • Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months after entering your destination. A valid passport, visa, and other travel documents are necessary. Travel Insurance:
    • Tours do not include travel insurance. Check if your local health insurance covers travel. We recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to cover all aspects of your tour, including COVID-19 matters.
