Asia Travel Mates Membership Terms and Conditions
Program Name
The program is officially known as the Asia Travel Mates Membership, operated by Asia Travel Mates.
Membership Structure
By enrolling in this program, members will gain access to special benefits and offers associated with Asia Travel Mates and its partner hotels and services.
Purpose
The goal of Asia Travel Mates is to deliver exceptional services and high-quality relaxation experiences to its members through genuine hospitality.
Membership Status
Upon completing the membership registration form, customers will be recognized as official members of the program.
Registration and Annual Fees
There is an initial management fee of $50, but no annual fees are required to join the Asia Travel Mates Membership program.
Online Number
Each member will receive a unique Online Number that is valid only for the individual registered. This Online Number is non-transferable and must be presented for benefit claims.
Validity Period
The Online Number will be valid for a period of three years from the date of issuance.
Member Benefits
Members will enjoy a range of exclusive benefits, including but not limited to:
- Special Discounts on hotel bookings through the Asia Travel Mates network.
- Priority Booking for accommodations and tours during peak travel seasons.
- A Loyalty Points System where members earn points for bookings (1,000,000 VND = 10 points) that can be redeemed for discounts on future services. The value of loyalty points is 1 point = 10,000 VND.
- Upgraded room categories (e.g., from Deluxe to Deluxe King Room) and any extra services can be purchased using loyalty points.
- Personalized Travel Assistance tailored to individual preferences.
- Invitations to Members-Only Events and exclusive experiences.
- More Flexible Cancellation Policies for bookings made through the program.
- Birthday and Anniversary Perks including special offers during the member’s birthday month or on anniversaries.
- Referral Benefits that reward members for referring friends and family.
Point Accumulation Conditions
All loyalty points can only be actively used within the Asia Travel Mates program and for services directly provided by Asia Travel Mates, which may link to Asia Travel Mates partners. Points will be calculated based on the final payment amount after applying discounts. Points cannot be earned on certain excluded services and promotions.
Member Conduct
Membership may be revoked if a member engages in any of the following:
- Providing false information during registration.
- Failing to make timely payments for services.
- Violating hotel policies or agreements.
Cancellation of Membership
Membership may be canceled if:
- The member’s registration information is found to be false.
- The member has outstanding payments or issues with service providers.
- The member engages in criminal activities.
- The member violates the terms of use or any relevant agreements.
Reinstatement
Reinstatement of membership after cancellation is generally not permitted.
