2. Payment Process

a. Booking Confirmation

Upon selecting your travel package and providing your details, you will receive a booking confirmation email containing the total price and payment instructions.

b. Deposit Requirements

To secure your booking, a deposit of 30 percentages is required at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before departure.

c. Full Payment

For bookings made less than 7 days before the travel date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Currency

All payments should be made in VND, USD …. If you are paying in a different currency, the exchange rate will be determined by your bank or payment provider at the time of the transaction.

4. Payment Security

We prioritize your security and privacy. Our payment gateways are SSL-encrypted, ensuring that your personal and financial information is protected. b. Cancellation by Asia Travel Mates

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund or offer an alternative travel option.

7. Additional Fees

Please note that additional fees may apply for certain services, including but not limited to:

  • Late payments: A fee of 3 percentages may be applied if the remaining balance is not paid by the due date.
  • Change fees: Changes to your itinerary may incur additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.
