PAYMENT

To confirm a booking for an Asia Travel Mates Corp. tour, a 30% deposit is required. The balance payment must be made 48 hours prior to the trip date in order to secure your booking. A reminder email will be sent before this deadline. For tours booked within 48 hours of the trip, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Failure to make the payment will result in the loss of your reservation, and your space will become available for other customers to book.

CANCELLATION BY THE TRAVELER

If you decide to cancel your tour, please notify Asia Travel Mates Corp. as soon as possible. You can do so by phone (+84 0855251272), email (info@asiatravelmates.com), or in person.

The following cancellation terms will apply:

• • Daily depart tours (private, joined tours): No refund for cancellations made 0 to 48 hours prior to the tour start.

• • Other tours: 30% of the payment will be charged for cancellations made 48 hours to 7 days prior to the tour start. A full refund of payment will be given for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the tour start time.

• • Note: No refund will be given if you fail to join the trip or decide to leave the tour early.

Our company offers services related to travel and other associated products and services under the brand name Saigon Deals, which can be accessed at www.asiatravelmates.com.
