She began her professional journey with Asiana Travel Mate as a Sales Consultant and Tour Guide. Working directly with travelers gave her a strong foundation in destination knowledge, cultural understanding and personalized service.
She later moved into online sales management, developing her experience in digital sales, client relationships and the business of travel.
In 2022, Kristal co-founded Asia Travel Mates with Andy Nguyen, becoming CEO and taking a leading role in strategic direction, operations, partnerships and service standards.
Today, her work sits at the intersection of hospitality, business and travel design — ensuring that the promise made to a traveler is reflected in the experience delivered on the ground.
