Choose Your Day

Hanoi rewards a slower look — but even one day can go deep, if it’s planned around what you actually want to see.

Some visitors want the essentials in one sweep — Hoan Kiem Lake, the Old Quarter, the Temple of Literature, the Ho Chi Minh complex. Others want food, streets, crafts, photography, or a single day outside the city to Ninh Binh or Ha Long Bay. This page gathers our Hanoi day tours in one place, grouped by type so you can compare, combine, or customize.

Frequently Asked

Hanoi Day Tour Questions

Can I combine two Hanoi day tours?

Yes. Many travelers do the Hanoi Classic Tour one day and the Hanoi Food Tour or a Ninh Binh day trip the next. Let us know your dates and we’ll design a two-day program.

Are these tours private?

Yes. All our Hanoi 1-day tours are private, with your own guide and vehicle. This gives you flexibility on timing, stops and pace.

What time do day tours start and end?

Most full-day tours run roughly 8:00–17:00. Half-day tours run either morning or afternoon. Longer day trips to Ninh Binh or Ha Long Bay typically run 7:00–19:00. We can adjust start times to fit your schedule.

Is Ninh Binh or Ha Long Bay better for a one-day trip from Hanoi?

They offer very different experiences. Ninh Binh is closer, quieter, and combines boat rides with karst scenery and ancient capital history. Ha Long Bay is a longer day but offers the iconic bay cruise. If you only have one day, Ninh Binh is usually the more comfortable option; Ha Long Bay works best with an overnight.

Do you offer food tours with vegetarian options?

Yes. Our Hanoi Food Tour can be adapted for vegetarian, pescatarian or specific dietary needs — just let us know in advance.

Can you pick us up from our hotel or the airport?

Yes. Hotel pickup is included within central Hanoi. Airport pickup or drop-off can be arranged for an additional transfer.

Can I create a custom Hanoi day?

Absolutely. If you have specific interests — photography, food, architecture, villages, family activities, or a mix — we can design a private day around them.
